I have completed my Life Coaching Certification through the Integrated Wellness Academy. In addition to this, i have over 30 years of Social  Work experience. I am a level 2 Intuitive Reiki practitioner.

I specialize in helping clients with stress management, life transitions, trauma as well  as those who just wish to explore what is next for them in this journey. I have specialized in somatic practices to bring the mind and body together in healing each other.
